Because conversations became texting, arguments became phone calls, feelings became subliminal messages online, sex became easy, the word “love” gets used out of context, insecurities have become your way of thinking, getting jealous became a habit, trust has been lost, cheating became an accident, leaving became the only option & being hurt became natural.

Who makes you smile, who checks up on you often to see if you’re okay, who watches out for you and wants what’s the best for you, who loves you and respects you, don’t let em go. People like that are hard to find.

The kind of relationship where they meet your parents and go to family parties with you. The kind of relationship where you guys fight like any other relationship, but you guys get over it and just get stronger.
